Shipping policy
Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days of purchase, depending on order volume and studio schedule.
All orders ship via USPS, which includes $100 of insurance and a tracking number. Domestic packages usually arrive within 2-5 business days, while international orders may take 1–6 weeks, depending on customs and location. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details at the email address provided at checkout.
Orders are shipped twice a week. If you have a time-sensitive need, please email me before purchasing so I can do my best to work within your schedule..!
If you’d like to add additional insurance coverage or signature confirmation, please reach out before checkout so I can adjust your order accordingly.
Once a package has been handed to the postal service, it is out of my hands. Please double (triple) check your address before checkout. Metal & Marrow is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages, though I’ll gladly assist you in opening a USPS claim or tracking down a shipment whenever possible.
